Static Planet is the studio project of Andy Glitch and Ben Lewis. The 2 got together at Lewis’s Cherry St. Studio for a simple drum tracking session to test the studio kit, drum room, and the reel to reel tape machine. Within one session they had their first song and a plan to fill up the rest of the reel of tape with more. The two are now recording a 7 song EP to tape, while documenting the process in the YouTube series “Tape Sessions”.
